The bullet is through the church: Sound United acquires Bowers & Wilkins. Sound United, the parent company of Denon and Marantz, among others, takes over the originally British Bowers & Wilkins. It was announced a while ago, but now the papers have been signed and the move is being completed.

Sound United is the parent company of Denon, Polk Audio, Marantz, Definitive Technology, Classé, and Boston Acoustics. Bowers & Wilkins is a designer and manufacturer of high-end home speakers, headphones, custom installations, wireless speakers and brand audio systems for the automotive and television market.
