It took a while, but LG has started selling its first rollable OLED television in its home country of South Korea. The model has been given a price of converted 74,500 euros.

In January, LG announced the RX series On. This series of OLED televisions consists of a cabinet with a built-in audio system and a roll-up screen. The screen can be rolled up completely or partially in the cabinet. In January, LG assumed a launch date in the summer of 2020, but keep going production problems it soon became clear that this was not feasible.

Apparently the problems have now been solved because the television has appeared on the market in South Korea. There, the 65-inch model costs 100 million Korean Won, which is equivalent to 74,500 euros. For this amount you get some extras. This makes it possible to have your name engraved on the device and you can choose from four colors (black, gray, blue and brown) for the woolen cover of the speakers.

At the beginning of this year, LG announced that the retractable RX series (first rollable OLED television) will also come to the Netherlands and Belgium. The TV will receive a price of 60,000 euros here, but when we can go to the store for it is as yet unclear.
