It has been four years since the hi-fi brand Wharfedale launched its first soundbar in the form of the Vista 100. Now it’s time for the successors; the Vista 200 and Vista 200S.
The first generation Vista soundbar of Wharfedale has never really been able to break pots, but the British manufacturer does not just give up. The new Vista series has therefore been improved on several points compared to the predecessor. There are two variants on the market; the Vista 200 with wired subwoofer and the Vista 200S with wireless subwoofer.
The subwoofer has a power of 60 watts, which is also the power of the soundbar itself. The soundbar has two drivers and two reflex ports for the reproduction of the bass. The speaker is 90 centimeters long and 6.2 centimeters high, and according to the British manufacturer would fit perfectly under a 50-inch television. You can place the soundbar on a piece of furniture or hang it on the wall by means of a support.
Furthermore, the Vista 200 and Vista 200S have bluetooth, a 3.5 mm port, an optical and digital coaxial connection and an HDMI ARC port. We also find a remote control in the box. The Vista 200 has received a price of 150 British pounds, while the Vista 200S will cost £230. Whether the devices also come to the Benelux is not yet known.
