Latest addition to the JBL Bar Series: The JBL Bar 5.0 MultiBeam has four passive radiators that provide deep and powerful bass and clear room-filling JBL 3S Surround Sound. And that without the need for an external subwoofer, according to the manufacturer. It is a compact all-in-one soundbar designed by JBL to provide a unique listening experience while watching your favorite movies, streaming music and gaming competitions.
Virtual Dolby Atmos and MultiBeam technology
This new soundbar features Harman’s MultiBeam technology. According to JBL, this should allow users to hear and feel the sound, without the need for additional speakers. The 3D surround sound experience must come from Virtual Dolby Atmos.
The new soundbar can also be integrated with various voice assistants and music services. For example, the soundbar has support for Alexa Multi-Room Music, Apple Airplay 2 and Chromecast built-in.
