The Yamaha YAS-108 is a compact soundbar equipped with two 54mm woofers, two 25mm tweeters and a double 76mm integrated subwoofer at the bottom. The total power is 120 W.

The soundbar is equipped with DTS Virtual: X a technology with which virtual surround sound can be created. Virtual: X can process every signal in a surround signal, both multi-channel and stereo. In addition, Yamaha’s Clear Voice technology should ensure that dialogues are audible without negatively affecting the remaining audio.

Furthermore, the YAS-108 has support for Dolby Digital, Dolby ProLogic II and DTS Digital Surround . Thanks to bluetooth 5.0 with EDR and A2DP, music can be streamed. Amazon Alexa, the digital speech assistant, is also present. Sources can be connected from the HDMI 2.0b input with HDCP 2.2 (with HR10 and HLG support) and of course support for HDMI ARC is present. Furthermore, the soundbar features a digital optical input, an analogue audio input and a connection for an external subwoofer.

In the United States the Yamaha YAS-108 is sold for a price of $ 199.95.
