March update for Xbox consoles with FPS Boost and HDR button

March update for Xbox are avaiable now for the Xbox users which offers with FPS Boost and HDR button among many other interesting updates.

The March update brings different functions to Xbox One and Series X | S. In this way, the Xbox Accessories application prepares itself for the upcoming one wireless headset from Microsoft. The headset will be available from March 16 next.

In addition, Series X or Series S console owners can enjoy two new options: the FPS Boost and the Auto HDR mode button. With the FPS Boost, the frame rate of an older video game can be significantly improved (sometimes up to 120 frames per second). You have control over whether the position is active or not. Within the settings you can switch off the FPS Boost. There you will now also find a button to enable or disable the automatic HDR mode for older games.

In addition, other improvements have been made. You can now manage your subscriptions from your Xbox. The subscriptions can be found under the account settings. There is also a modified game management system. If you have games that support multiple generations of consoles, now you can find out exactly which packages to download for the best experience based on your hardware.

It is also good to know that the official Xbox app for mobile devices is bringing back a coveted functionality: the ability to view your own achievements. For some reason that was not possible for a while.
