The company Ultimate Ears launched two new speakers of new generation, the Boom 3 and Megaboom 3. The speakers have a new design and offer new functionalities.

The new Bluetooth speakers from Ultimate Ears both offer balanced 360-degree audio. Moreover, according to the manufacturer, the Megaboom 3 has deeper bass and improved clarity. This means that the speaker has to offer good sound wherever you are.
Improved is not only the sound quality, but also the design. The two speakers are provided with a button that Ultimate Ears has dubbed the ‘magic button’. It makes it possible to play music, pause and skip songs immediately. If you have connected the Boom 3 or Megaboom 3 to your iPhone, you also have all the songs and playlists available from your Apple Music catalog via the button.
More improvements
Further improvements have been made. The Bluetooth speakers have an IP67 rating. This means that they are water and impact resistant, but also dust-resistant. And the speakers can both be charged in two ways: via the usb-c input on the side, or via the wireless Power Up dock that can be purchased separately.
Finally, the Boom & Mega tree app from Ultimate Ears still provided. Both the Android and iOS versions of the app include the option to connect up to 150 speakers at the same time.
The new speakers are available in four colors: blue, red, purple and black. They are in stores next month and Boom 3 has a suggested retail price of 149 euros. The Megaboom is sold for 199 euros. The Power Up dock costs 39 euros.
