TCL introduces the QD-Mini LED TV X955 as a new top model. This television features mini LED backlighting, over 5,000 Full Array Local Dimming (FALD) zones, and over 5,000 nits of peak brightness. The X955 is also equipped with QLED technology, which delivers over a billion colors and an expanded color gamut of 98% DCI-P3. The TV is powered by the AiPQ Processor 3.0 – TCL’s latest proprietary AI algorithms to provide optimized brightness, contrast, HDR support, colors, and motion across different scenes.
The X955 is not only about image quality; the audio reproduction has also been thought of with a 4.2.2-channel solution, a 160-watt Onkyo audio system, and Dolby Atmos. The TV features an ultra-thin bezel-less design with the latest cable management solution. The TCL X95 series will be available in sizes up to 85″ and 98″.
TCL C95 Series
Complementing the X95 series, TCL presented the C95 series, another addition to the QD-Mini LED TV range. With 2,000 Local Dimming zones and 2,000 nits of brightness, the C95 Series balances a large screen and premium image quality with miniLED and QLED performance. In addition, the 120-watt Onkyo audio system with Dolby Atmos provides a cinema sound experience. The TCL C95 series is available in 65″, 75″, 85″ and 98″ models.
TCL C805-serie
TCL has also introduced an entry-level QD-Mini LED TV, the C805. This series features a peak brightness of 1300 nits and supports 144Hz VRR. According to TCL itself, the 65-inch model contains 500 zones. The TCL C805 is available in different sizes: 50″, 55″, 65″, 75″, 85″, and 98″.
