TCL 2021 televisions with TCL C82 series MiniLED TV
TCL’s new C-series includes three new models, each of which, according to the manufacturer, conveys the ‘Display Greatness’ message in its own way.
Thanks to quantum dot technology, all C72, C72 + and C82 series must provide accurate and realistic colors. In addition, the TCL C82 series is equipped with the miniled technology, which should ensure higher brightness, better highlights and therefore better HDR performance. The C82 series comes with “4K HDR PREMIUM”, which provides an optimal high dynamic range experience with high brightness, precise shadow detail and vivid colors; while the C72 and C72 + series come with “4K HDR PRO”, which stands for quantum dot with HDR.
The C82 series and C72 + series feature a 100Hz native display and various motion techniques for smooth playback. The C72 series is also equipped with Motion Clarity but comes with a 50Hz panel. All new C Series models come with HDR multi-format, which means that HDR10, HDR10 +, HLG and Dolby Vision are supported. In addition, Dolby Vision IQ optimizes the picture quality to adapt the picture quality to the lighting conditions in the room.
Both the C72 series and the C72 + series feature Onkyo speakers with Dolby Atmos. The C82 series offers a 2.1 channel sound solution with front facing speakers. In addition, the C82 series has a subwoofer at the back of the TV. The C Series comes with the Android TV system and Google Home and Assistant as part of the package.
All new C Series models feature an ultra-thin bezel-less metal design. Both the C82 series and the C72 + series come with a metal stand. The C72 series comes with an adjustable stand with two positions so you can place a soundbar.
