The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro may not be a tablet to use with the family, although that is of course possible. This rugged tablet can take a beating and is truly designed for today’s mobile work environment.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and is resistant to drops of up to 1 meter. The supplied protective cover makes the tablet even sturdier. This model has an integrated S Pen (stylus) and has an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. MIL-STD-810H indicates that the tablet can withstand extreme altitudes, temperatures, vibrations and humidity. The tablet is 10.2 mm thick and weighs 674 grams.
Replaceable battery
The touch sensitivity of the screen is adjustable for gloves and the tablet also has all kinds of gadgets, security functions and optional accessories to suit any work environment. Very nice too, the battery of 7,600 mAh is replaceable with this model. You can also connect the tablet to an external monitor. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active4 Pro is built to last, inside and out, with five years of security updates and three OS upgrades, so you can rest assured that your security is always in order.
The tablet has a 10.1-inch TFT LCD screen with a resolution of 1,920 by 1,200 pixels, a 6nm octa-core processor, 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB (expandable to 1 TB) storage memory. There is also support for 5G, WiFi 6, NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, a thirteen megapixel camera and the tablet runs on Android 12.
Price and availability
From October, the 6+128GB with 5G Enterprise Edition of the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 4 Pro will be available in the Netherlands. The suggested retail price is 829 euros.
