Samsung comes with a new OLED TV in the S90C series. This series consisted of three models until today; a 55-inch, 65-inch, and 77-inch variant. All of these models use one QD OLED panel from Samsung itself. It is therefore striking that Samsung adds a panel from LG Display to this series.
The 83-inch variant is, therefore, not a QD OLED television but an OLED TV with a WOLED panel from LG Display. The further specifications do correspond to the other models in the series. The television comes with the Neural Quantum processor, the 4K resolution, Tizen smart TV, HDMI 2.1 ports, HDR10 +, Dolby Atmos, and a remote control with solar panels.
A European price for the 83-inch S90C has not yet been announced, but the model will be available in the United States for $ 5,400.
