In the form of the Q8DN comes the variant of the Q8 series with full array backlight (FALD) nevertheless to Europe, so sources to know FlatpanelsHD to report. The Q8 models already in the Dutch and Belgian stores have edge lit LED backlighting, which means that the LEDs are on the sides of the panel. Furthermore, the Q8DN models come with the One Remote remote control, a silver-colored design, the Tizen smart TV platform and four HDMI ports.

Samsung launches the Q8DN in a 55-inch, 65-inch and 75-inch inch variant. According to the sources of FlatpanelsHD, the series is in any case released in the UK, Switzerland, Scandinavia and Germany. Whether we can expect these models in the Netherlands or Belgium is not yet clear.
