Several PlayStation 4 owners report that a message is being sent to all kinds of players that can cause your game computer to crash. Sometimes the problem can only be solved after the user returns to the factory settings. Sony has not yet responded to the problem, but can later release an update that resolves this problem. If you get a message full of strange characters, do not open it and remove it in a different way
You can do that by downloading the messaging application, available for Android and iOS. Prevention is better than cure: so if you intend to turn on your PlayStation 4, first check via the app if you have received the message. Then you can immediately remove it. You should also indicate within your profile that you only want to receive messages from friends (or even temporarily from no one at all).
