Onkyo and Pioneer announce today through a press release that a large number of AV receivers, stereo amplifiers and network players will gain access to Deezer HiFi. The service is added to the devices via a free firmware update.
Deezer HiFi for Onkyo and Pioneer devices
Deezer HiFi support is being rolled out in August to a large number of Pioneer and Onkyo devices. In addition to the basic Deezer services, with access to more than 53 million songs, the compatible devices offer access to Deezer HiFi. If you have a subscription for this, you can listen to music in CD quality (lossless, 16bit / 44.1kHz, this library consists of 36 million songs) and users can use the ‘Flow’ function to create a personalized soundtrack.
