Pioneer and Onkyo 2021 AV receivers
The new Pioneer and Onkyo 2021 AV receivers are equipped with almost all new techniques and features. The models support 8K resolution, come with HDMI 2.1 ports and of course support the hi-res audio formats Dolby Atmos and DTS: X. Many options are also available in the field of streaming, including Chromecast, Works with Sonos, DTS Play-Fi and Apple AirPlay 2. It is striking that Flareconnect is no longer present.
In addition, the receivers come with voice control via Amazon Alexa or the Google Assistant and two-way Bluetooth communication. With two-way bluetooth communication it is possible to listen to something via bluetooth and to play something via bluetooth. For space calibration, the higher models in the line-up have Dirac Live.
