Focal presents the new Vestia, its new line of hi-fi speakers
Five models to enjoy high quality
The French brand Focal expands its collection of home speakers with Vestia. This line consists of five models and has been designed to enjoy high-quality music and home theater experiences thanks to Focal’s renowned acoustic savoir-faire. The brand has chosen its exclusive Slatefiber cone for the Vestia range.
The thrill of hi-fi and home cinema
Vestia offers the purity of Focal sound, further refined thanks to a wealth of sonic details and significantly improved treble reproduction. Developed and manufactured in France in the Focal workshops, the Vestia line includes five products: Dress No. 2, Dress No. 3 Y Dress No. 4 they are soil models; Dress N°1 is a bookshelf speaker for small spaces, and Vestia Center it is a center speaker for a Home Cinema setup. For even greater performance, these products can be combined with the SUB 600P subwoofer for deep, enveloping bass. Additionally, the brackets are angled to provide an optimal and natural soundstage, giving the listener an even more immersive listening experience.
Elegant design and finish
Focal offers the best acoustic speakers in terms of sound, but also design. Vestia models have a dynamic and elegant design that integrates perfectly into any interior. For this line, inspired by Vesta and Hestia, goddesses of the home, the French brand has chosen refined finishes: glossy black, dark wood effect and light wood effect for the side panels, accompanied by a black or white leather effect for the front panels. Every detail counts, which is why metal rings have been incorporated into the speaker’s tweeters that perfect the aesthetic finish. But discretion is also provided, because the grid can be added.
Focal Technologies and its know-how
Focal is a specialist in loudspeaker driver cones and has chosen its Slatefiber cone for Vestia. Born with the Chora range in 2019, this cone made from recycled carbon fibers has been a great success since its inception. The engineers continued their development work to make it even more powerful and adapt it to studio monitors (Alpha Evo) and car kits (Slatefiber line). Focal has also chosen the innovative TAM dome tweeter in the shape of an “M” for the treble. Initially developed for the automotive collection, this unique tweeter has been revamped to work with hi-fi speakers, and now makes its first appearance in products for the home. Finally, the speakers are ported at the front for more front impact and rear ported for immersive bass, creating a bass reflex profile that promotes a deeper soundstage.
