Klipsch Heritage Forte IV – technology

It is a classically constructed three-way loudspeaker which, with its height of almost one meter and a depth of 33 centimeters, can be counted among the manufacturer’s more compact models. A 12 inch woofer as well as a midrange and tweeter with Horn attachment play forward as a trio, supported by one 15 inch passive radiator on the back of the case.

Compared to the previous model, the internal wiring and the crossover network have been revised. If you like, you can also operate the Klipsch Forte IV via bi-wiring / bi-amping.

The Klipsch Forte IV is assembled by hand in the USA. The veneer sheets are cut from solid trunks and arranged in a coordinated manner so that a mirror-image effect is created at the connection points. All copies are individually numbered and signed by the responsible fitter.

The new Klipsch model will be available from April 2021 in the four case designs American Walnut, Natural Cherry, Satin Black Ash and Distressed Oak.
