The Kharma Exquisite Classique is the flagship model of the Exquisite Collection and shows Kharma’s true dedication without compromise.
The shape of the cabinet is what makes the Classique so special, from the use of materials to the construction and finish. The cabinet is constructed using vertically layered panels with carefully calculated jagged cutouts, minimizing resonance in air (see image). This minimization of air resonance within the cabinet is important, because the cabinet should not contribute anything to the sound field itself.
The combination of high-pressure laminate panels, irregularly shaped cutouts, sophisticated acoustic damping, and decoupling substance between panels to prevent structure-borne energy from traveling from one panel to another ensures a cabinet without resonance. The Exquisite Classique results in a proprietary cabinet that does not contribute to the sound field itself. Simply every shape and every detail of the Exquisite Classique has a purpose in the mechanism to create an absolute sound.
