Inklang announces – in their own words – a leap in technology for the end of 2021: Then the Ayers HD 10 StreamConnect should be available. It is a compact streaming preamplifier for the wireless loudspeaker variants of the Inklang-Ayers series, but which can also be used for other “players”.
Inklang Ayers HD 10 StreamConnect – Features & Interfaces
The streaming preamplifier houses a high-resolution streamer in its milled aluminum housing, which allows direct streaming of Spotify, Tidal, Qobuz, Deezer, Hiresaudio as well as UPnP / DLNA and storage media via USB.
But that’s not all: A Bluetooth receiver, an analog high-level input and three digital inputs (HDMI ARC, coaxial S / PDIF and Toslink) are also on board. The wireless speakers from Inklang can be operated directly via radio, but they can also be used as a DAC and streaming bridge: The converted analog signal can be tapped via cinch and the digital signal via a coaxial S / PDIF output – in both cases optionally with a fixed output Level or volume controlled.
The Inklang’s own InX app for Android and iOS. All functions can be conveniently managed here – but a small infrared remote control for the most important basic functions is also included. Last but not least, it should be mentioned that the system is multiroom capable.
The Inklang Ayers HD 10 StreamConnect will be available at the end of the year in four color variants – and at a price of around around 1,000 euros.
