The DHT-S316 is designed to be placed on a shelf without the bottom of it TV screen, or can be fixed to the wall using the integrated keyholes. The dual midrange drivers and tweeters should provide a clear sound, while the subwoofer, which is hidden from view, can take care of the layer.

Denon Surround

The Denon DHT-S316 can handle both Dolby Digital and DTS soundtracks decoding with Dolby Virtual Surround to create multichannel effects from a single low-profile speaker.

The new Denon comes with a single HDMI cable to receive audio from a TV via HDMI, Audio Return Channel (ARC). This allows the DHT-S316 to also be operated with the remote control of the TV. You can also connect sound through an optical digital input and for those who have trouble hearing conversations in busy TV programs or movies, the Denon Dialogue Enhancer should ensure that voices are more intelligible without having to adjust the overall volume.

And with the advanced psychoacoustic algorithms for virtual sound processing, you can also enjoy this audio with enveloping sound effects.
