iO-12, the DALI HiFi headphones, are now available for sale.
Presented at the Munich High-End, they are the first headphones in the world with SMC drivers, which makes them, according to the Danish firm, “DALI speakers to wear.”

The High Fidelity headphones, DALI iO-12, are now available in Spain and Portugal from its official distributor, Sound&Pixel Planet. These are the first headphones in the world with SMC drivers, which turns them, as the Danish firm explains, “into wearable DALI speakers.”
Presented at the latest Munich High-End, the iO-12 DALI headphones bring portable audio into true high fidelity, which the Danish firm entered with the launch of its little brothers, iO-4 and iO-6. However, iO-12 takes a notable step forward in the features it offers. The most impressive is that the symbolic DALI speaker drivers have been miniaturized to 50mm, including using SMC in the magnetic system and the paper fiber cones.

As they are HiFi headphones, they have a mini-jack cable for more solid sound transmission with greater bandwidth.
