The new smartphone Pixel 6a is cheaper than the one that appeared last year Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro, but adopts many of the same specifications and also seems to be hardly inferior to the regular model in terms of design. You have the same camera bar on the back where we find two 12-megapixel cameras. Not the same cameras as in the regular model, but this time with a smaller sensor.
The device has a 6.1-inch (60Hz) AMOLED screen with a fingerprint sensor under the screen. On board we will probably find 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Although this was not exactly mentioned in the keynote, @evleaks know about the other specifications. On board we find the same Tensor processor as in the regular Pixel 6 series. We also find the Titan M2 security chip on board here.
Of course, the Google Pixel 6a has the latest Android version. That means 12 at launch and 13 once it’s available. You can expect five years of security updates for this device. The battery has a capacity of 4,306 mAh.
Price and availability of newly Cheaper Google Pixel 6a
As with the other Pixel phones, you will have to import, drive to Germany or opt for a Dutch webshop that will still offer the phones. The Google Pixel 6a is available from July and is already on the German Google website. The device is available in different colors and will cost 459 euros.
