Battle Royale game Warface come to the PS4 : It seems that the free-to-play online FPS game called Warface is coming to the PS4 and Xbox One. The game has actually surfaced at the authority responsible for judging games in Taiwan. The game was released for the PC in 2013 on Steam, but has gained so much competition that it never really got on the market.
The game has already been provided with a port on the Xbox 360. That was in April 2014, but in February 2015 it stopped again and the servers went offline. Now it seems they want to try again, presumably because the Battle Royale mode was added to the PC version last year. Currently, this is the popular genre that everyone is trying to hitchhike with, so also Warface.
Warface blends Crytek’s trademark quality with instant accessibility, and can be enjoyed by shooter fans directly in their PC browser. The game features a wealth of cooperative and competitive game modes, four distinct soldier classes, and a special emphasis on working as a team. Constant updates ensure that players can always look forward to their future as friends
Dirk Metzger, Crytek’s General Manager or Publishing, said: “Our goal with Warface has always been to show that free-to- play games can be top quality, blockbuster experiences that match the industry’s highest standards. By coming the game players in North America, Europe and Turkey today, a fixed new audience can see for yourself the lengths we’ve got in order to achieve that vision and make Warface stand out from the crowd. “
