B & O Play today introduced a new member of her family of portable speakers: the Beoplay P6. The new loudspeaker is designed to achieve 360-degree sound distribution of the Bang & Olufsen Signature Sound in each room, combined with Scandinavian design.

The shape of the Beoplay P6 ensures that it is safe and stable and with its smooth aluminum surface it can be picked up from any angle. The anodised and beaded aluminum exterior is combined with the hole pattern that forms elegant corners for a 360-degree sound distribution, while the double leather strap provides a warm contrast. In addition, the splash and dust-proof design makes it possible to use the loudspeaker in any room in the house.
The Beoplay P6 is supplied with integrated fleece buttons that are milled in the aluminum housing. The flexible properties of the material and the fine cut line between the keys provide the soft touch feeling when a key is pressed and then returns to its original position. The interface also includes a OneTouch button for the smart functions. On your phone, go to Siri or Google Assistant, answer calls or go to the ToneTouch presets via the Beoplay app for a personalized music experience.
The heart of the speaker consists of three amplifier channels that are 1 x 36 W class D for the woofer and 2 x 30 W class D for the full tones for a peak power total of 2 x 215 W. The loudspeaker has a playing time of up to 16 hours.
Prices and availability
The Beoplay P6 is released in two colors , Black and Natural. The loudspeaker comes with a USB-C charging cable in the box and sold for a suggested retail price of 399 euros.
