Anthem introduces new products, MRX 540, 740 and 1140 AV receivers, AVM 70 and 90 AV processors and the MCA 225, 325 and 525 power amplifiers. The models come with room correction, processing of the latest audio formats and robust integration.
The Anthem Web User Interface is now built into all MRX receivers and AVM processors. With a smartphone, tablet or laptop you have access to any function or setting and you can make changes immediately. Switch the main or second zone on and off, adjust the volume, change the audio settings or adjust the channels. The Web UI can also be used to calibrate speaker delays and levels and configure network settings / control options. Source devices can be renamed, simplifying installation by eliminating unused inputs. Installers can import and export files to make remote management simple and easy.

Anthem’s MRX AV receivers are about maximizing performance for the money, according to the manufacturer. And that money you have to spend on it has become slightly less than the current generation. The MRX 740 is 300 euros cheaper compared to the MRX 720, while the MRX 1140 has become 700 euros cheaper compared to the MRX 1120. Anthem introduces new products – MCA power amplifiers
Anthem’s new MCA power amplifiers are available in 2-, 3- and 5-channel configurations and are compatible with the AVM 70 and AVM 90 AV processors, both auditory and cosmetic. Manufactured in Canada, these Gen2 amps offer greater transparency with dynamically complex material. Background noise is almost completely eliminated thanks to a 120dB signal-to-noise ratio. Power starts at 225 watts at 8 ohms and goes up to 600 watts at 2 ohms with stability while driving the most demanding speaker loads. Advanced Load Monitoring (ALM) provides clip protection and maintains long-term performance and reliability. Additional features include:
- High current output for less distortion.
- Cosmetic match for AVM 90 and AVM 70 A / V processors.
